Hamlin Plantation - The Sound

"The Sound" is the high end subsection of Hamlin Plantation and is located in the town of Mt. Pleasant, SC. Homes in The Sound are generally of elevated construction, either due to flood zone requirements or to take advantage of the views and/or because of the extensive storage and parking space found in such homes on the ground floor. Hamlin Plantation is also conveniently located to the new Oakland Plantation Shopping Center and the Isle of Palms Beach.
