Dunes West is a gated golf course community located in the town of Mt. Pleasant, SC. "The Harbor" is the newest of the luxury subsections situated towards the rear of this desirable subdivision. The homes are generally on a 1/3+ acre lot with many overlooking and offering direct water access to the Wando River. Luxury home buyers do have the option at any given time for a new or previously owned home on larger lots (1 acre) in other Dunes West subsections.
